Receive A More Personalized Plan with a
Simplified Approach
Step 1 - Selecting a financial services professional
Everyone starts here: You have a need and are trying to find a competent professional that you can trust. Choosing the right professional to help is one of the most important decisions you’ll make when it comes to your retirement. We believe everyone should expect more from their financial professionals and we take our fiduciary responsibility to you seriously. We bring a team with experience and knowledge to put together a plan that will always put your interests first.
Step 2 - Fact and feeling finding
This step is all about you. We get to know your goals and objectives and learn about your current situation. Then we begin the process of establishing your initial risk and strategy assessments, which are the foundations we’ll continue to build on. Based on your answers to key questions, we gain valuable insights on your current financial situation and how we may begin to help you organize your financial life.
Step 3 - Strategy
Once you have provided all the key information we need, we develop a retirement plan based on the insights your answers provided. Included as part of the process will be an exploration of your asset allocation and risk, income planning, asset maximization, legacy planning, and tax strategies. You’ll also receive an easy-to-follow plan to better assist you in moving closer to your goals.
Step 4 - Solutions and execution
This is where we’ll review specific parts of your plan, and the role they’ll play in helping you to move closer to your goals. If new accounts or financial products are needed to meet the needs of your plan, we’ll present them to you here. All along the way, we will document the process, which is guided by your feedback and documented for easy reference later if needed. With technology that’s integrated into our systems, we can quickly and easily complete an electronic application or capture your e-signature to complete the process. All documents will be safe and secure and available to you in our Generational Vault©.
Step 5 - Ongoing relationship
Our work doesn’t stop just because the retirement planning has been completed and put into action. We will continue to refine your plan and continuously work toward your long-term retirement goals and objectives, adjusting and rebalancing as needed.
Why Choose Third Tier
Wealth Management?
You deserve best-in-class service and to be
treated like a family member (that you like),
not just a client
While some may get a sense of comfort working with a major financial firm with brand recognition, you value your time and place importance on good old fashioned relationships. You prefer a direct line to your advisor over long hold times and a different customer service representative every time you call. You want to be known by your name, not looked up by your customer ID number. Most importantly, you want your advisor to know your financial goals and have a plan to help you reach them.
We agree with you. Which is why everything we do, from our investment selections and our planning approach to the best-in-class technology, is designed to get you closer to your goals and what you want to achieve… all while providing exceptional value. We only ask that you let us celebrate those milestones with you.
We invite you to experience the difference for yourself.

Here’s How We
Can Help
A successful retirement is made up of a lot more than just investing. When we plan, it’s for you, a new generation facing new challenges your parents never had to face. We recognize that it’s not always the obvious things that can have a big impact on your overall success. Tax reduction strategies, maximizing income streams, determining risk exposure, portfolio rebalancing, and even looking at parts of your financial life we don’t directly handle — like your property and casualty policies, or last year’s 1040’s — can reveal opportunities for you to keep more money in your pockets.
